- 500 grams prawns
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Spanish paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons tequila
- 4 tablespoons lemon vodka
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Saute garlic in olive oil. Add prawns and cook until they start to turn red, then add paprika and chili flakes.
- Gently pour tequila and lemon vodka, and flambe.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.*
